Here's what it does for your office:
- Keeps a full item list. You can set up and update every inventory item you stock.
- Tracks every change. You can record items you receive, items you issue and any adjustments.
- Updates itself with your work orders. When a CUBIC work order is completed, the parts used come off your inventory automatically.
- Handles assemblies. You can group parts you use together, like everything for a meter install. When the assembly is used, each part in it is taken out of inventory.
- Works with BUCS. It uses vendor information from BUCS Fund Accounting, so you aren't entering the same vendor twice.
- Tells you when to reorder. Reorder worksheets show what's running low before it runs out..
