Attica, IN relies on FMS fund accounting and utility billing software
Located along the Wabash River, the City of Attica, IN is known for being the birthplace of George Dewey Hay, the founder of the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN. The city is considered a municipal government.
The Clerk-Treasurer, Susan Stoll, has been with the city for 6 years. Susan has a business degree from Indiana University. As the Clerk-Treasurer, Susan was instrumental in bringing Frey Software to the city.
Susan began with changing the city’s utility billing to CUBIC Utility Billing. When asked why she chose CUBIC to replace the existing software, Susan said she discovered other IN municipalities were using Frey Municipal Software for their software needs. After meeting John (one of our support techs) at a SBOA conference and talking to him about CUBIC, she contacted some of the other municipalities that were using CUBIC. She received numerous complimentary reports and made the decision to switch to CUBIC.
Susan said the city uses CUBIC to bill water, sewer, tax on water, storm water, fire protection, and trash. The city bills approximately 1360 utility customers per month. Susan cites the ease of using CUBIC as what she likes best about the software.
Susan says she loves our customer service. In 2018, the city purchased BUCS Fund Accounting and CHIPS Payroll systems as well. She told us that Dean was very helpful in moving their existing information from the old software to Frey’s. “I cannot say enough good things about Frey!” says Susan. Thanks for the kind words, Susan. Welcome to the Frey family.
